The Chinese Kempo Sparring Class gives you the chance to apply the fundamentals, concepts, techniques and strategies you learned in your private lesson and use it in a more spontaneous situation. The emphasis is foremost on safety. The class is supervised by an instructor, all students wear protective equipment and control is maintained at all times. There are different types of fighting skills that are developed in this class.

Free style sparring

This is a more sport-oriented style of fighting. You will work on developing:

-Punching and kicking combinations
-Timing
-Speed
-Footwork
-Grappling
-Control

It is also a very good work out, developing muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance under the stress of combat.
