Aerobic
kick boxing is an excellent way to develop your cardiovascular system, tone
and strengthen your muscles and develop some self defense skills. The class
is 50 minutes long and is divided into 50 second intervals which will enable
you to work at whatever pace you are comfortable with. You start with approximately
5 minutes of warm up exercises, then 10 minutes of dumbbell or medicine ball
exercises followed by 30 minutes of bag work, and then an abdominal workout
followed by a cool down stretch.
